The Swiss Society for Dermatology and Venereology SGDV gives its members the option of QM certification for their dermatology practice.
This QM qualification is very extensive and various performance criteria must be provided and verified. As a voluntary certification, it reflects the commitment of the management and team of a dermatological practice to offer dermatological medicine in the best possible way and with the highest quality standards.
With this public certification, all interested parties, especially patients, can be assured that the derma competence center with the associated laser medicine, aesthetic and cosmetic departments meets the required high-quality standards and thus enables its patients to receive very good, high-quality care for their skin diseases and concerns.
Head Dermatologist Dr. med. Hero Schnitzler, of the dermatology practice: derma competence center in Zurich Enge, is pleased about the certification of the entire practice in July 2023.
In addition, the in-house mycological laboratory for examining skin and nail fungi was also subjected to QM Certification criteria. This ensures that the laboratory undergoes and passes regular quality controls.
