Teledermatology consultation in the derma competence center

The derma competence center, dermatological clinic in Zurich Enge is further developing its medical services and now offers a virtual teledermatology consultation.

This additional service provides access to expert dermatological advice independent of location and time, complementing existing in-person consultations.

The goal is: to make dermatological expertise more accessible, while maintaining high medical standards and personal care.

The teledermatology consultation is particularly suitable for initial medical assessments, follow-up visits, second opinions and selected dermatological conditions – conveniently from home or while on the move.

Dr. Schnitzler is a very competent doctor who always has time. He is quick to examine and courteous. I had a mole on my back that had been changing colour and was causing me concern. Right from the very beginning, Dr. Schnitzler was clear that he did not think it was a melanoma, but advised to remove it to be sure (I was very happy about this). The very next day he cut it out. The aftercare was very good. Stiches were removed two weeks later and there is barely a scar visible. Highly recommended.

I can only speak very highly of Dr. Fechner. I have been with him for a while because he is one of the best doctors I have had.
He is very professional, very efficient, smart and honest and the patients wellbeing is his priority.
Once he realizes you already did some research about a toopic he adjusts his talk immediately to your knowledge level and not tell you things you already know.

Highly recommended - experienced, diligent and kind!
I originally went to Dr. Schnitzler for aesthetic purposes but got diagnosed with skin cancer on three separate locations. Dr. Schnitzler and his team has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire treatment – experienced, diligent and kind, they do their utmost to make their patients feel well taken care of through an otherwise bad situation.
Having successfully completed the treatment for the skin cancer, I’ve now started the aesthetic treatments and so far with amazing results. I can only highly recommended Dr. Schnitzler and his services. A special thanks to his team who are just incredible!

Dr. Schnitzler ist first of all a super competent doctor. You can go there blindly and not to be afraid of wrong treatment. So you can fully trust him. The second thing is his personality, he is super fun to talk to and also very open so one feels immediately comfortable:)

I saw Dr. Schniztler last week . I’ve been having some adult acnee problems for a few months . The whole staff at the clinic is extremely friendly and welcoming. Dr. Schnitzler was very helpful and patient. He recommended me a treatment and arranged an appointment with the cosmetician, the lovely Elena ( I hope I remembered the name correctly) . Today I had my meeting with her. She is extremely professional, patient and made me feel very comfortable. She cleansed my face for almost 2 hours, and let me tell you, it was definitely hard work, but I feel like I now have the skin of a newborn baby . I enjoyed every minute of it. I will be back in 2 weeks for a second treatment with her , and once every month after that. Thank you Dr. Schnitzler and Elena ! You are amazing !

PD Dr. Schnitzler is brilliant - a great communicator, truly empathetic and he comes up with a crystal clear diagnosis. I really enjoyed our conversation and came out feeling understood, well-informed and with a precise treatment plan.
