Spring training 2025 from the doctors of the dcc

23. Conference DERM & 23. AMWC 2025

Training Day for the Diploma in Aesthetic Laser Medicine, 23rd DERM 2025 Conference, and 23rd Aesthetic & Anti-Aging Medicine World Congress 2025!

Every year in March, many training sessions are on the agenda for dermatologists at the derma competence center in Zurich Enge.

23rd DERM 2025 Conference

As a lecturer in aesthetic laser medicine at the German University of Greifswald, dermatologist Dr. Hero Schnitzler hosted this year’s Spring Training Day in Zurich Enge.

Dr. Schnitzler delivered two major lectures on important medical topics for his colleagues training in aesthetic laser medicine:

One topic was “The permanent Reduction of Hair Growth Using Light Energy.” The other topic was “The Use of Lasers in Dermatological Practice and Their Alternatives.” During the subsequent discussion, the individual indications and the applications were discussed, and experiences were shared.

For dermatologists in private practice in Switzerland, Germany, and Austria, the DERM training in Frankenthal (southern Germany) is the largest conference of its kind. It provides an excellent opportunity to learn about the latest and most suitable treatments in private dermatological practice, as well as administrative matters in dermatology. Colleagues deepened their knowledge by learning from and with each other.

23rd Aesthetic & Anti-Aging Medicine World Congress 2025 (AMWC)

The third important spring congress takes place annually in Monaco. The AMWC is one of the world’s most significant international training events in the field of aesthetics. New worldwide treatment approaches in laser medicine, hyaluronic acid fillers, neuromodulation, platelet-rich plasma, and plasma energy are presented and discussed. Treatments were demonstrated live by the world’s best practitioners. At the large industry exhibition, dermatologists, including Dr. Hero Schnitzler from his practice in Zurich Enge, could learn about the latest and most suitable lasers and energy-based devices worldwide and consider what might enrich their practices.

Thus, the spring month of March was a very educational start to 2025 for the doctors at the derma competence center. Many ideas were planted and can now grow.
